What People Say...
The reason every brace you've tried has let you down!
Most people have tried the sleeves, the braces. Maybe a strap or two. None of it worked, and somewhere along the way you started to wonder if the problem was you.
I'm here to tell you that wasn't your fault. Most of the pain comes from a small area the size of a pea. This spot is on the patellar tendon, just below your kneecap. Every stair, every chair, every step you take, funnels your bodyweight straight through it.
Sleeves and braces cover the entire knee. They spread pressure all around but don’t relieve it anywhere.
It wasn't your fault that you were using the wrong tool all of this time.
"That's not me! My knee is bone-on-bone arthritis."
If a doctor has told you it's arthritis, or bone-on-bone, you might be thinking a strap on one spot can't help a whole joint problem. Stay with us for thirty seconds.
You don't have to fix the arthritis. That may not be fixable (even though they tell they can fix with a surgery). When the strap does the load lift from that one spot, the rest of the joint can relax. Most people notice that the ache in the whole joint eases more than they expected.
It isn't a miracle cure for treating your arthritis. It's the piece of the puzzle every brace-maker missed.
Introducing Keystone! The small strap built to fix the root problem.
Keystone is a single infrapatellar strap that sits precisely on that overloaded spot below your kneecap — and stays there. It doesn't wrap the whole knee.
How a physiotherapist started sending his patients home with a simple strap?
"Most of the people who walk into my clinic have been let down by the system long before they meet me. They've been told it's wear and tear. They've been told to come back when they can't walk. They've been put on a waiting list and left there. And by the time they sit down in front of me, they're not really asking for physiotherapy — they're asking whether they still have a life ahead of them.
Here's the honest truth I don't think patients get told often enough. Physiotherapy is powerful, but it's slow, it's expensive, and for a lot of people with knee pain, it treats the wider joint when the actual problem is a single overloaded point on the patellar tendon. That's why so many of them tell me the same thing: 'I've been doing the exercises for months and I still can't manage the stairs.'
I started quietly recommending Keystone to the patients I knew were stuck — the ones on the surgery list, the ones who couldn't afford more sessions, the ones who'd tried every brace in the chemist. It's not a cure. But if you're waiting for a surgery you're not sure you want, it's the honest, low-risk thing I'd want my own mother to try first."
"Daniel Hayes recommends Keystone patellar strap to patients across his practice."

What to expect, week by week.
-
WEEK 1
The first quiet difference.
The moment you wear it, the load lifts from that one overloaded spot.
Most people feel this first on stairs or when standing up from a chair. -
WEEK 2
Ordinary things, coming back.
The walk to the corner shop feels shorter now. The stairs you once avoided are easier. The afternoon playing with the grandkids you stopped saying yes to.
This is when the small victories begin to add up—quietly, one by one. -
WEEK 3 - WEEK 4
You stop thinking about your knee.
The Strap becomes part of the day, forgetting its even there. Your day shifts away from what your knee allows or restricts.
You're back in charge of your life, not the other way round.
Multicolumn
Three simple steps. Then forget it's there.
No tools. No tape. No wrestling with buckles behind your knee. Most people have it on in under 30 seconds — and keep it on all day.
Find the spot
Sit down and straighten your leg. Just below your kneecap you'll feel a soft dip — that's the point. That one spot is where your bodyweight quietly overloads every time you stand, climb stairs, or walk the dog.
Wrap it on the point
Place the silicone pad directly on that spot below the kneecap. Wrap the band around and press the closure shut. Snug — not tight. If you can slide two fingers under it, you've got it right.
Stand up and go
That's it. Get off the chair, take the stairs, walk the dog. The grip pad locks it in place so it won't slide down or need constant readjusting. Wear it under trousers or leggings — nobody will know it's there.
Wear it as long as you need it — a few hours, a full shift, or all day.
